Missouri Jury Verdict

In a recent Roundup case, a staggering $1.561 billion was awarded in a Missouri state court ruling. James Draeger, Valorie Gunther, and Dan Anderson were each given $61.1 million in damages by a Jefferson City jury, in addition to an astounding $500 million in punitive penalties. They said that the non-Hodgkin's lymphomas they developed were caused by their long-term use of Roundup.

Monsanto and NY Attorney General Reach Settlement

On August 2, 2023, a $6.9 million settlement was struck between Monsanto and the New York State Attorney General over a lawsuit.
